Applications are simple man, the best people get called in for the best job when it comes to positions above runners. That sounds fickle but that is how we operate. However we ALWAYS have time for people seeking experience and help toward building a career. I never mind people coming along to help as long as they meet a specific criteria. I’m a very straight talking person, which I believe is a big part of this job (and honestly speaking, life).
